ROCKET WARS LOOTED WEEK 1 CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Eligibility

The Rocket Wars Looted Week 1 contest referred to herein (“Contest”) is offered by Oni Studios (“Oni”) to residents of the United States who are at least thirteen (13) years or older at the time of entry. Entrants shall not include individuals that are residents of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, or other any other jurisdiction where the Contest would be prohibited or where it would be subject to a registration or bonding requirement. Entrants shall not reside in a country that prohibits the redemption of V-Bucks digital gift card codes that are purchased from the United States. Depending on the prize, Entrants may have to reside in the United States to be eligible as defined below. Proof of age, identity, residence, and eligibility must be furnished upon request. All information provided by Entrant must be true and accurate. By entering the Contest, you accept sole responsibility for determining whether your participation is legal in any jurisdiction that applies to you. To be eligible to participate in the Contest, the participants (“Entrants”) must be thirteen (13) or older to receive prizing and if below the age of majority of their country Entrant resides or below the age of eighteen (18) they must have their parent or legal guardian consent with prizing and fill out all information requested by Oni. Employees and directors of Oni, its advertising and promotion agencies, Contest judges, legal advisors, and the immediate family (parent, child, sibling, and spouse) or members of the households of such employees and directors (those who have lived in the same household for at least three of the 12 months preceding the applicable Contest Period) are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these CONTEST GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (the “Terms and Conditions”) and that the decisions of Oni are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

  • Contest Period

This Contest begins on 3/7/2024 at 6:00pm Eastern Time and ends on 3/13/2025 at 12:00am Eastern Time (the “Contest Period”). To be eligible for the Contest, entries must be received within the specified Contest Period. This Contest is being held entirely outside of Superjoy Studios’ Fortnite island.

  • Entry

Eligible Entrants can participate in the Contest during the Contest Period by either obtaining a rare unlockable coin in Rocket Wars or through an alternative method of entry. Rocket Wars, a creative map developed by Superjoy Studios, can be accessed using the Island Code  5196-0233-5799. During gameplay, Entrants have a chance to obtain the rare Midas Coin from the Legendary Chest or the rare Dill Bit Coin from the Rare, Super Rare, and Legendary prize chests. The appearance of these coins is based purely on chance, with each prize chest roll determining whether an Entrant unlocks a rare coin or another in-game item. The odds of obtaining these coins, as well as the time required to roll the chests, may be adjusted at Oni’s sole discretion without prior notice. 

To enter using the in-game method, Entrants must post a video or screenshot of themselves obtaining one of the rare coins in the #rocket-wars-clips channel of the PKHOOD Discord server at https://discord.gg/sypherpk. All submissions must adhere to the rules of the PKHOOD Discord server and may not contain explicit, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate material. To verify authenticity, Entrants must verify their Epic Games account through the Yunite Verification Bot in the #verification channel. Oni may request additional proof at its sole discretion, including a replay file from Fortnite, improved video quality, or further supporting evidence. 

Alternatively, Entrants who do not wish to participate through gameplay may enter the Contest by completing the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) Form at https://forms.gle/1Vz6qo2RzW3VDP6B7 during the Contest Period. This alternative method of entry provides equal opportunity to enter without requiring gameplay. Each Entrant may only enter once, regardless of the method used. Each Entrant may only submit one (1) entry, regardless of the method used.

Each Entrant represents and warrants that their submission is their original work and does not infringe upon any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. The use of artificial intelligence, unauthorized assets, or infringing material will result in immediate disqualification. Entrants further agree to defend and hold harmless Oni against any third-party claims related to intellectual property infringement at Entrant’s sole expense. 

Incomplete or non-compliant entries will be disqualified at Oni’s sole discretion. Entrants must provide any requested information by Oni as part of their submission. Any attempt to participate using multiple emails, accounts, or identities will result in disqualification. As an Entrant, your Entry must fully meet all Contest requirements, as specified herein, in order to be eligible to be chosen as a winner.

  • Winner Selection; Prizes

The Winner will be selected by Contest judges as selected by Oni. Contest judges will consider the following criteria when determining the Winner(s): (1) Entrants that unlocked & submitted proof they got the rare Dill Bit Coin or legendary Midas Coin, or those who entered through the Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) prior to 3/13/2025 within the Contest Period, and (2) adherence to the Contest rules and guidelines. There will be two prizes (the “Prize”) awarded based on the rare coin unlocked or AMOE submitted. Entrants who obtain the rare Dill Bit Coin or submit an AMOE entry for this prize will be entered into a randomized giveaway where (50) fifty winners will win one (1) 1,000 V-Bucks Card valued at $8.99 each, there will be a maximum of (50) fifty winners selected for the Dill Bit Coin. Entrants who unlock the legendary Midas Coin or submit an AMOE entry for this prize will be entered into a randomized giveaway for a chance to win one (1) PlayStation 5 Console valued at $449.99 USD, there will be a maximum of (1) one winner selected for the Midas Coin, Entrants must reside in the United States to be eligible for this prize, any other countries outside of the United States are not eligible for this prize. The randomized giveaway will take place on or about 3/13/25, the Entrant drawn may not be the final winner until after Oni confirms their eligibility per these Terms, Oni reserves the right to reroll winners or invalidate entries at Oni’s sole discretion. The Winners will be notified via the PKHOOD Discord Server in a support ticket channel within three (3) calendar days following Winner’s selection. Oni is not responsible nor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email, nor shall Oni be liable for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If any Winner fails to claim their Prize within three (3) calendar days of notification or is found ineligible, alternate Winner(s) may be selected. It is expressly understood that Oni is under no obligation to any Winner other than as expressly set forth herein. IF ANY WINNER VIOLATES ANY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NOT BEING A VALID ENTRANT, THAT WINNER WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL RIGHTS TO PRIZES WILL BE IMMEDIATELY FORFEITED.

  • General Conditions; Grant of Rights

Oni reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or Oni’s server, channels, or website; to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions; to be acting in violation of the Fortnite End User License Agreement, to be acting in an unethical or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, as determined by Oni at its sole discretion. Any attempt or use of photo editing software including but not limited to Photoshop or artificial intelligence to fake entries will result in disqualification from the contest. Any use of cartel, robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such Entries by such methods and persons using any such methods will be disqualified.


If for any reason this Contest is not capable of being conducted as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Oni , corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Oni reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. If the Contest is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted on the Server.

ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ONI RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM THOSE RESPONSIBLE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

By submitting an Entry, Entrant grants to Oni an irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, worldwide, fully-paid, and royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, exhibit, publish, distribute, publicly perform, modify, edit, adapt, translate, create derivative works based upon, and otherwise exploit, in whole or in part, in any media formats and channels now known or hereafter devised for any and all purposes, the Entry, Entrant’s name, image, likeness, username, and any other information or materials, including all embedded copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity right, and other intellectual property rights, submitted to Oni by Entrant without further permission from or attribution, payment, or notice to Entrant. 

  • Limitations of Liability

ONI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE, LOST, ILLEGIBLE, OR MISDIRECTED ENTRIES, AND ONI DOES NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMMUNICATIONS LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO ITS SERVER, CHANNEL, OR WEBSITES. ONI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS OR TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION OF ANY TELEPHONE NETWORK OR TELEPHONE LINES, COMPUTER ONLINE SYSTEMS, SERVERS, COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, FAILURE OF ANY E-MAIL OR ENTRY TO BE RECEIVED BY Oni ON ACCOUNT OF TECHNICAL PROBLEMS, HUMAN ERROR OR TRAFFIC CONGESTION ON THE INTERNET OR AT ANY WEBSITE, OR ANY COMBINATION THEREOF.

ONI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCORRECT OR INACCURATE CAPTURE OF INFORMATION OR THE FAILURE TO CAPTURE SUCH INFORMATION, WHETHER CAUSED BY WEBSITE USERS, TAMPERING OR HACKING, OR BY ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT OR PROGRAMMING ASSOCIATED WITH OR UTILIZED IN THE CONTEST. ONI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURY OR DAMAGE TO ENTRANTS’ OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON’S COMPUTER RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST OR DOWNLOADING MATERIALS FROM OR USE OF THE WEBSITE.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS ONI, FUTURE TRASH, EPIC GAMES, INC., AND THEIR RESPECTIVE LICENSORS, AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND OTHER REPRESENTATIVES FROM ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, AND EXPENSES RELATED TO THIS CONTEST.

  • Laws; Jurisdiction; Disputes

THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF WILLIAMSON COUNTY AND TEXAS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO THE CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINE. Entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in this promotion, that if any disputes cannot be resolved between Entrant and Oni, and if causes of action arise out of or are connected with this Contest, they shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in Texas having jurisdiction, without resorting to any form of class action. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than Entrant’s out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Contest). Entrant hereby waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. 

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any Winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

The winner may not opt for receiving the value of the prize in cash or other objects, nor may he/she request changes to the technical characteristics of the prize.

  • Taxes and Duties

Oni is not responsible for payment of the duties, taxes or other financial obligations related to the Prizes awarded, which are in charge of the winning natural or legal persons.

  • Terms and Conditions of the Contest

In its sole discretion, Oni reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Contest. Oni may determine the Winner based on all eligible Entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Oni. Individuals who tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or entry process of the Contest or those who violate these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified by Oni in its sole discretion. Oni has the right to take any action to maintain the integrity of the Contest. Attempts by Entrant to deliberately damage any technology used by Oni or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal or civil laws. If any such attempt is made, Oni reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • Force Majeure

“Force Majeure” means any event which cannot be controlled, corrected or foreseen by Oni, including the impossibility of the Contest, for reasons beyond its control and the appearance of which makes the latter unable to meet the obligations undertaken by these Terms and Conditions. If the above situation occurs or another Force Majeure event occurs which prevents or delays totally or partially the implementation of the Terms and Conditions or the continuation of the Contest, Oni will be exonerated of the responsibility for meeting its obligations for the period in which this will fulfillment is prevented or otherwise delayed under law. If Oni invokes the Force Majeure, it must notify the Entrants of its existence within five (5) business days from the occurrence of the Force Majeure event.
